GOAL
Create a website which presents Brands&Talents to clients and partners at Randstad Awards (the one mentioned above, for the best employer). Order an express audit right here and now, the site should work perfectly on mobile devices.



TARGET AUDIENCE
Top management of large and medium-sized companies. These people make decisions on important brand events, launching of sub-brands, management of marketing departments. They speak ’almost Russian, not-yet-English’.



CONCEPT OF SITE
We addressed the audience in familiar language.
More precisely, in two languages - Russian and English.
SPEAK TO THE POINT
The audience knows basic terms of employer-branding, but the more specific ones might be unknown. That is why we explained the meaning of «EVP», but did not describe «brandbook» in glowing terms. In each section we concentrated on advantages and essence.

MAGIC OF SINGLE BUTTON
So that the user does not lose sight of something important for him, we’ve developed the design around the "order" button. Its location does not change from page to page. You can apply for an express audit of your brand any moment, from any screen display.

RESULT
